Our Doctor

Dr. Hilary Fritsch

Dr. Hilary Fritsch is an airway and biological dentist and mother of three. She has been practicing dentistry since 2006. She’s been featured on The Today Show on NBC, New York Magazine, Business Insider, Pop Sugar, Fatherly, and Romper. Her passion for wellness is deeply personal, influenced by her own journey through childhood sleep apnea and a crippling auto-immune disease that impacted her ability to see properly and even walk unassisted. That passion for wellness translates to helping her patients and their families optimize their health. Dr. Fritsch is the founder of Western Sleep Solutions and Saddle Peak Dental which are both based on the principles of connecting oral health with whole body health. Dr. Fritsch cares deeply about how impactful the mouth, proper breathing, tooth alignment, airway, and oral microbiomes affect our healthspan. She has spent her career seeking the best mentors and educators, attending workshops, and joining foundations like the International Academy Of Sleep to get to the root cause of oral health, orthodontics, occlusion, and airway issues. Dr. Fritsch loves educating and empowering young and old patients to take ownership of their health.
